PIM Utilities

PIM Utilities are available by clicking on the Settings Icon on the PIM menu.

PIM Utilities allow you to perform bulk housekeeping operations.  The current operations that you can perform include re-Indexing and Purging delete items.

Re-Index Indexes are automatically updated as operations occur in the PIM. The re-indexing operation forces the PIM to reindex all products and rebuild all index related dependencies.

Purge By default "deleted" products are NOT removed from the PIM when they are marked as "deleted." These SKU's can be undeleted as long as the product data is NOT purged. Purging data removes the product data that is marked as "deleted."
