What is a Brand Portal?
Brand Portals are online product catalogs that are always up to date, accurate, and easy to share. A centralized digital platform that consumes and represents product data stored or defined in the PIM. Brand Portals can help you easily control, and securely distribute product information and creative assets to external users, dealers and customers.  It serves as a user-friendly interface for brand partners to search browse, filter and lookup detailed product information presented according to the presentation defined by the owner of the brand or marketing channel.
Moreover, a Brand Portal is not limited to showcasing product information alone; it elegantly organizes and displays all associated brand assets. It includes product descriptions, high-quality images, videos, technical specifications, and marketing content. Additionally, it provides search and filtering capability and can also include  essential links for end users wanting to purchase products from external or authorized e-commerce sites, hence acting as a gateway to a brand's online retail channels.

Functionality of a Brand Portal
The primary objective of a Brand Portal within a PIM is to represent and communicate product and brand information accurately, consistently, and effectively to the end-users. Below are some of the key functions:

Brand portals allow products that are defined in the PIMS to be displayed, filtered and searched in a user friendly branded web site.  Samples of brand portals are displayed below:
